Dodgers Locker:
The Dodgers have released 29-year old lefty starting pitcher John Koronka. Koronka started 8 games in AA+AAA-ball this year and he was 0-4 with a 6.69 ERA and a 1.75 WHIP. In four years in the majors, Koronka has pitched in 31 games (30 starts) in which he is 8-13 with a 6.25 ERA and a 1.63 WHIP. With his major and minor league stats in mind I don’t think the Dodgers’ front office will lose any sleep over this release.
