The Bulls came from behind to defeat the Nets in triple overtime Saturday, fueled by a Nate Robinson surge in the 4th quarter. Robinson scored 23 of his 34 points in the final period of regulation and said during the postgame media session that he felt like he was in a game of NBA Jam where the ball and rim were on fire.
While the 23-point 4th was pretty impressive, Robinson wasn't done there. He nailed a wild, off-glass runner at the end of the first overtime period to extend the game.

Five-foot-nothin’ Nate Robinson had a fourth quarter for the ages on Saturday, helping the Bulls storm back and ultimately defeat the Brooklyn Nets 142-134 in triple overtime. The game wouldn’t have even made it to the first overtime had it not been for Robinson, who morphed into an unconscious offensive savant in the final quarter, pouring in 23 points as the Bulls ran off a...

After going off for 23 points in the fourth quarter of Game 4, 1 point shy of Michael Jordan’s franchise record for points in a playoff quarter, and finishing with 34 in the Bulls triple OT 142-134 thriller on Saturday afternoon, Nate Robinson likened his game to the old-school video game, NBA Jam.

When you are the smallest guy on the court, something like this is bound to happen every now and then.Seen here is Chicago Bulls guard Nate Robinson, all 5-foot-9 of him, running full speed into a screen set by Brooklyn Nets big man Gerald Wallace. As you can see, Robinson never sees Wallace coming, which results in a brutal ending for the diminutive veteran.Ouch.Via The Big Lead
SHAKE HIM OFF
One of the great things that has come from the Brooklyn Nets/Chicago Bulls series is the re-emergence of Bulls guard Nate Robinson. In the third quarter of game four, Robinson showed Nets guard Deron Williams that his speed might be the most dangerous thing about him. Watch as Nate crosses Williams over and scores on a scooping lay-up:
Chicago Bulls/Brooklyn Nets: Game 5
- Kirk Hinrich is out for tonight. That means that the leash is off Nate Robinson for an entire game. There is no question Robinson loves to let it fly. The question becomes whether or not we will see the Robinson that lit it up at the end of Game 4 or a crazy, erratic Robinson.
- The other day I wrote about who...

Brooklyn Nets/Chicago Bulls: Game 4
- Feel like this series has been impossible to predict because we do not know which Bulls team will show up.
- Finally got a “fight” in the playoffs. Not the series I would have predicted, but I will take it!
- Nate Robinson is singlehandedly bringing the Bulls back in this game. My NBA history is not good, but has there...
