In this special video feature from HBO, which will air on Saturday night's HBO Boxing doubleheader, we get to learn more about the Ukrainian Olympic legend, Vasyl Lomachenko. We get to hear about how he got involved with boxing, and how he was raised. For him, it feels like a short time ago that he first stepped into the ring and was a kid dreaming of winning an Olympic medal. All these years later, he's one of the best amateurs in history, and he's looking at joining the history books for a second time, this time for winning a world title in just his second professional fight against the always tough and rugged Orlando Salido. Lomachenko vs. Salido takes place this Saturday, March 1st, in San Antonio, Texas, on the undercard of the Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. vs. Bryan Vera rematch. Lomachenko is a huge favorite over Salido, but certainly experts are split on how the fight will play out.
