NEW YORK – The University of Louisville basketball team is the talk of Big East Conference media days at the New York Athletic Club. The Cardinals were the unanimous pick as league champions and senior guard Peyton Siva was selected as the Preseason Conference Player of the Year.

Louisville guard Peyton Siva sauntered up to a podium at the front of a room on the ninth floor of the ritzy New York Athletic Club. Before he addressed the Big East men's basketball media day assembly, he unfolded a single blank note card.
