As far as generosity goes, UCLA wide receiver Joshua Smith is as good as it gets. Yes, he left the University of Colorado to better himself, but he says he left the program better than he found it. "At least I didn't leave them empty handed," Smith said. He's still partly responsible for the Buffs success in the passing game. Smith helped recruit Colorado's leading receiver, Toney Clemons, when he decided to transfer to Boulder from Michigan. Smith may have left Boulder sooner than expected, but he left no stone unturned. Having a star wide receiver to replace him? Check. Making sure there was a tenant in his vacated apartment? Check. Accepting Facebook friend requests from those at CU? Check. "I accept all of them," he said. "I don't have (any) hard feelings." This transfer tells a different story.
