Let’s be honest – we all pegged Kansas coach Bill Self as the kind of guy who enjoys teenage comedies. Heck, he apparently enjoys one – Old School – so much that he’s had the KU basketball team lampoon the famous “cinderblock” frat-pledging scene. Thankfully, he didn’t use the same props:
Here’s the movie version, for comparison.
I’ll admit – it’s interesting to watch Self diss every single one of his new players, including Andrew Wiggins. KU fans – what do you think? Funny or weird?

Friday was Kansas’ “Late Night in the Phog,” the Jayhawks version of midnight madness. Allen Fieldhouse was jam packed, and the basketball team did not disappoint.
