Wake suspends C Walker for rest of season
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Wake Forest senior center Ty Walker has been suspended for the rest of the season. Coach Jeff Bzdelik said Friday that Walker violated an unspecified athletic department policy for players. The move ends the college career of one of the last players recruited by late coach Skip Prosser, who died in 2007. Walker, a 7-footer, started 13 of the 20 games...

Ty Walker Dismissed From Wake Forest Basketball Team
Ty Walker's sad and largely disappointing career at Wake Forest is over, just a game shy of the end of the regular season. The senior was dismissed from the Demon Deacons due to a violation of athletic department rules, ending a tumultuous run for the big man who never quite lived up to his high school pedigree or potential.
