Welcome to our second position preview of our 2014 Fall Camp Preview. The Badgers open fall camp on Monday, so it’s only appropriate we begin looking at where things stand at each position group early on in camp.
After taking a look at perhaps the most up in the air position group, Wide Receiver, its time to switch sides of the ball and look at a group that will pivotal to Wisconsin’s success — linebacker.

Let’s get right to the nitty gritty of the Badgers linebacking corps., shall we?
What We Know:
- Senior Derek Landisch is the unquestioned leader of the linebackers heading in to 2014. He got great experience playing alongside Chris Borland as a junior last season, but Borland is gone and this has to be his year to step up to the leadership plate. All indications are that he’s done that and then some this offseason.
