The "IT" factor can't be defined, wrapped up with a pretty bow or calculated through statistics. The IT factor is what it is. Some guys have it and some guys don't and even the ones that do will faulter from time to time. Matt Grothe reminds me of a slower Jake "the snake" Plummer. Plummer had it, especially in college.
