Photo credit: Brendan Maloney After being left off the 2-deep depth chart which was released on Monday, senior defensive tackle Ashton Dorsey will transfer from the University of Texas.  The decision was announced on Tuesday morning, and confirmed by head coach Mack Brown, just 4 days before the team kicks off the 2013 season against New Mexico State. AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- The name of the game for Texas this season is tempo. As in full-throttle, no-huddle, don't-stop-to-catch-your-breath pace of play.
