Now, it's out of Alabama's hands. The fourth-ranked Crimson Tide has not only lost that aura of invincibility that seemed to surround Nick Saban's team through eight games and the final two minutes against LSU, but lost control of its fate in the national title derby. No. 9 Texas A&M made sure of that with Johnny Manziel's dazzling performance and a goal line stand in Saturday's 29-24 upset. Bama fell three spots from its nearly season-long perch atop the rankings and now must hope for some sort of shakeup among No. 1 Oregon, No. 2 Kansas State and No. 3 Notre Dame. The word of the night from Saban was ''recommit.'' But the Tide had issues that seldom crept up against lesser competition, including third-down stops and catching Manziel.

Texas A&M Shocks No. 1 Alabama: The Good, Bad & Ugly

The GoodThe A&M OffenseLet me just preface this article by saying at about 10:20 Saturday morning I e-mailed my good buddy Matt who also is as big a college football fan as I am stating Johnny Manziel and Texas A&M would beat Alabama outright.  I still have the text if you think I’m lying. Manziel has been the most exciting freshman at any position in college football...

NSFW! Alabama Fan Loses Mind Over Loss While Playing Call Of Duty

This Bama bro lost his mind while playing a friendly game of Call Of Duty on Saturday night. The most surprising part of this video isn’t the blow-up itself, it’s the fact that a Bama bro was multitasking during crunch time of the Crimson Tide game. Isn’t Alabama supposed to be one of the most passionate fan-bases in the country? How can you possibly play Call Of Duty with...

Saban: Alabama played poorly last 2 games

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) -- Alabama coach Nick Saban calls it "the Bluegrass Miracle phenomenon." The fourth-ranked Crimson Tide plays poorly in one game but survives a desperation scenario and so no warning bells go off on the team that there might be problems. "The last two games, I'd put both those in the same category," Saban said on Monday. "We didn...

Where does Alabama go from here?

Despite losing its first game over the weekend, the Crimson Tide still has much to play for. There are two regular season games left and likely and SEC championship game...and maybe even another national title.

And then they were like, "A&M can't compete in the SEC"

I know this is going to be a little bit raw for all my friends who are Alabama fans, so feel free to discontinue reading this post if the memory is still a little too fresh in your mind.I'll start off this post by saying that all along, I've thought it's been ridiculous how elitest the SEC has been about the entrance of Texas A&M and Missouri this season, calling...

Official makes things ‘a lot better’

Josh McNeil has seldom wavered on his commitment to Alabama, but a weekend official visit to Tuscaloosa closed most of the gap between looking around and signing his letter of intent to play for the Crimson Tide. He had some fun in the process.
