First off, this takes big rocks because the consequences of failure would be some busted toes or severely dinged shins, but Bears third round pick Jarron Gilbert (a defensive tackle, mind you) shows how he can jump out of a pool onto the deck. While this may not look all that impressive, think about it a sec then watch it again.
