Florida State defensive end Bjoern Werner, a 6-4, 255-pound defensive end from Berlin, Germany, whose 13 sacks lead the ACC, and 1.08 sacks per game are third-best nationally, is the ACC’s Defensive Player of the Year in the conference for 2012 in balloting by the Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association.

A moment captured in time where Florida State Seminole Bjoern Werner was milliseconds away from touching Jeff Driskel. Florida Gator quarterback had a tough third quarter against the FSU defense but bounced back in the 4th quarter where UF cranked out 24 points to win the game.
