For almost a year, Louisville’ Teddy Bridgewater has been projected to be the first quarterback taken in the 2013 NFL Draft. As the season has went on, Bridgewater’s Heisman chances seem to have dwindled off and in recent weeks some have speculated that he may not be as good of an NFL prospect as initially thought.
If you’ve watched Bridgewater in the last two games, then you know that he’s done nothing to indicate that he’s not as good as advertised. Even in Louisville’s loss to Central Florida, Bridgewater was the best player on the field.
ESPN’s Todd McShay now has Bridgewater as the second best draft eligible QB in 2013. Oregon’s Marcus Mariota is now listed as the No. 1. On Monday’s episode of College Football Live, the folks at ESPN debated which QB is better.
