North Carolina junior Reggie Bullock is entering the NBA draft. In a statement from the school Tuesday, Bullock said he had ''a great experience'' at UNC but that he's ''ready to take the next step in my career.'' ''We did some great things that have prepared me to play in the NBA,'' Bullock said. ''I know the Tar Heels will have a great year next season.'' The 6-foot-7 guard averaged 13.9 points and 6.5 rebounds while shooting 44 percent on 3-pointers. He was a second-team all-Atlantic Coast Conference pick by the media and coaches. He's considered a second-round pick in many mock drafts, which would leave him without a guaranteed NBA contract. ''Our hope is that his decision will work out in a very positive manner for Reggie,'' coach Roy Williams said in a statement.
