Throw The Flag:
On a fourth and short in the Florida State Seminole territory, the Clemson Tigers and Dabo Swinney called a fake field goal that almost didn’t make the first down. The call was challenged by FSU head coach Jimbo Fisher but was ultimately upheld. That conversion led to a touchdown by the Clemson Tigers. The call really paid off and could be a decision maker as the Tigers lead the Noles 14-7. College Gameday made their way down to Tallahassee. We’ll see if Clemson can upset the Noles and ruin their BCS National Championship hopes.

The Florida State Seminoles are taking on the Clemson Tigers in Tallahassee tonight in an electric atmosphere. The FSU towel guys are acting a little strange though. They are standing around Jimbo Fisher and protecting his mouth movements from the camera. In a sudden dramatic moment, they shifted position in a completely synchornized motion. Are these FSU towel boys from the FSU...

Fisher says a show dog...

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. Florida States running game is far from a concern anymore.
A ground attack that often struggled on third-and-1 and in goal-line situations in 2011 is now averaging 7.5 yards per carry.
Plenty can be said for senior Chris Thompsons return from fractured vertebrae. And the maturity and experience showed by sophomore James Wilder Jr. But behind an offensive line...
Seminoles, Irish, Kansas State all score big wins
Which team has the best chance to snap the SEC’s BCS Championship streak this January? Four weeks in to the season you may find an answer on both sides of the country with Florida State and Oregon.
The Seminoles were dealt with adversity for the first time this season against Clemson, trailing 21-14 at halftime, but Jimbo Fisher’s...
Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher told me last spring
that the team most pundits thought was a national championship contender last
year he has this year.
Last night at Doak Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee,
Florida FSU’s 49-37 win over Clemson may have proved Fisher’s statement.
Here’s some highlights from the Seminoles big win.
