As you can expect, the Louisville fan base is currently in panic mode. Louisville fans should be celebrating a BCS bowl berth, but instead are concerned about losing their head coach. It’s been all over ESPN since 5 o’clock this afternoon that Charlie Strong is the top candidate for the Tennessee job. This of course has certain fans doing desperate things like posting on Louisville assistant coach Clint Hurtt’s Facebook page. Not a fan page, but his actual personal page. Most coaches would have ignored anything posted by fans, but Clint Hurt decided to respond with this. BTW, I’m not the Nick that Hurtt is referring to. Who knows what this really means, but you’ve got to assume this is a good sign, right?
