Start ‘Em:Blake Bortles – UCF vs. HoustonBortles could have a big day against a Houston pass defense that allows over 285 yards per game. Expect plenty of points in the AAC shootout and look for Bortles to have a hand in many of them.STAFF PICK - KEVIN MOUNT      Cody Fajardo – Nevada vs. Colorado StateFajardo disappointed fantasy owners last week with a sub-par performance against Fresno State. His fantasy fortune seems much brighter this week against Colorado State. Fajardo should be able to get back on track and back in the good graces of fantasy owners this week against a weak Rams pass defense.   STAFF PICK - KEVIN MOUNT    Bryce Petty – Baylor vs. OklahomaSome fantasy owners may be nervous to play Petty against such a quality opponent. While the Sooner defense will provide a tough challenge, this is a perfect time to remember a fantasy football commandment: thou shall play thy horses. Leave your stud in the line-up and root for him to play big on the big stage.STAFF PICK – JOE ARPASIKeith Price – Washington vs. ColoradoPrice has been dealing with a thumb injury on his throwing hand. He still put up good numbers last week against California despite the thumb affecting his throws. Now he has Colorado. End of reason to play Price.STAFF PICK – JOE ARPASIDak Prescott- Mississippi State vs. Texas A&MIt’s been an emotional week for Prescott as his mother passed away, but I think come Saturday he’ll be ready to go (he is listed as questionable). Even though the Aggies practice against the best dual-threat quarterback in the country, they’ll struggle to contain Prescott. I’m expecting around 300 total yards and at least a couple of scores.STAFF PICK - RYAN MOSS  Marquise Williams - UNC vs. VirginiaI’m going to go out on a limb here with Williams. I think his dual-threat abilities will just be too much for an injury depleted UVA defense. He is flying under the radar now, but won’t be after this weekend.STAFF PICK - RYAN MOSSSit ‘Em:Jared Goff –Cal vs. USCGoff could have a decent day, but don’t expect huge numbers against USC. The Trojans defense ranks 4th in the nation in sacks and could put plenty of heat on Goff. Look for Goff to spend plenty of time on his back this week.STAFF PICK – KEVIN MOUNT         Taysom Hill –BYU vs. WisconsinHill will be facing a stingy Wisconsin defense that comes in ranked 6th in total defense on the year. Fantasy owners may want to lower their expectations of Hill this week, as he may not post the monster numbers that he usually does.STAFF PICK - KEVIN MOUNT         Logan Thomas- Virginia Tech vs. MiamiThomas has been too inconsistent this year for fantasy owners to feel comfortable playing him. Miami’s defense was embarrassed last weekend and will out for revenge against Virginia Tech.STAFF PICK - RYAN MOSSKevin Hogan- Stanford vs. OregonHogan started the year off hot and has cooled off quite a bit recently. Stanford is leaning heavily on its running game and not asking Hogan to do too much. Look for this to continue against Oregon as Stanford tries to keep the Ducks high octane offense off the field.STAFF PICK - RYAN MOSS
