Which wide receivers will explode in Week 4? Which will flame out? The CFG staff breaks it all down.

Other positions:

Start 'Em, Sit 'Em - QBs
Start 'Em, Sit 'Em - RBs
Start 'Em, Sit 'Em - WRs

Start 'Em

Devin Smith- Ohio State vs. UAB
In my waiver wire article, I wrote that Smith will not catch a ton of passes but when he does, you can be sure they go for a decent clip and end up in the end zone.  Against UAB you can bet that Urban Meyer makes his star quarterback use his arm to put up points which makes this a great game to start Smith.
STAFF PICK - ERIK TJADEN

Chandler Jones- San Jose State vs. San Diego State
Jones is in the shadow of fellow receiver Noel Grigsby but when team’s focus on him, that is when Jones can get loose.  Against the Aztecs, Jones will get his targets and will turn them into at least 80 yards and a score.
STAFF PICK –ERIK TJADEN

Kenny Stills – Oklahoma vs. Kansas State
Still has opened the season with two straight games of 100 plus yards receiving and has clearly established himself as the #1 wide receiver in the powerful Oklahoma passing game. A visit from the 80th ranked pass defense of Kansas State should give fantasy owners that warm and fuzzy feeling.
STAFF PICK – KEVIN MOUNT

Justin Hardy- East Carolina vs. North Carolina
Hardy is the straw that stirs the drink for the East Carolina passing attack and should see plenty of action in a potential shoot-out with North Carolina. He has scored in every game this season and could easily continue that streak.
STAFF PICK – KEVIN MOUNT

Aaron Dobson - Marshall vs. Rice
This guy is PPR gold, posting 9-81-1 and 11-94-1 in his past two outings.  Look for more of the same against the pitiful Rice defense.
STAFF PICK - TODD DEVRIES

Sit 'Em

Jordan Matthews- Vanderbilt vs. Georgia

I’ll begin by telling you that I am a big fan of Matthews and think that come April, the Bears will be looking to put another Commodore on their roster.  However, against the Dawgs, I don’t see him getting loose.  The Georgia secondary features two cornerbacks over six feet tall, namely Sanders Commings (6’2, 217 pounds), who can match Matthews’ size and speed.
STAFF PICK - ERIK TJADEN

Quinton Patton- Louisiana Tech vs. Illinois
The General is a star receiver but will be bracketed all Saturday by an Illini secondary that features three seniors and that has only given up four passing touchdowns on the year.  The pass rush will keep Colby Cameron moving and the secondary will have him looking to D.J. Banks and Myles White.
STAFF PICK - ERIK TJADEN, KEVIN MOUNT

Cobi Hamilton – Arkansas vs. Rutgers
In case you didn’t see my comments on Knile Davis, let me reiterate: Arkansas football is an absolute mess right. Stay far away!
STAFF PICK - KEVIN MOUNT

Jarred Abbrederis, Wisconsin vs. UTEP
This is a great matchup on paper.  But Abbrederis is banged up, the Badgers offense is in shambles and they're starting a new QB.  Stay away until things settle down in Madison.
STAFF PICK - TODD DEVRIES
