The Syracuse season opener didn't have the result fans had hoped. However, there were plenty of reasons to be optimistic about the rest of the 2012 season. One of those reasons is senior wide receiver Marcus Sales, who's return was a bright spot for the Orange. Sales return was no fluke, and there's a subtle reason why he was so successful.
