Duke wide receiver Blair Holliday is in critical condition after suffering injuries in an accident on Lake Tillery in central North Carolina on Wednesday, the school announced.
Holliday, a 6-foot-3, 195-pound sophomore from Sherman Oaks, Calif., was airlifted to the University of North Carolina Trauma Center on Wednesday night where he continues receiving care.
According to tweets from friends and teammates, Holliday was jet skiing when the accident occurred.
