With the Ducks idle this weekend it's time to catch up with former Webfoots who are playing elsewhere in NCAA football, some of whom have upcoming TV games this Saturday and later in the year. Bryan Bennett threw for 322 yards and ran for 73 yards and a touchdown, but he also threw 4 interceptions in Southeastern Louisiana State's 34-26 road loss to FCS power South Dakota State. Now 1-2, the Lions host Samford this Saturday, beginning conference play October 12th against Stephen F. Austin. Bennett's team plays on TV three times this year, scheduled for ESPN3 against SF Austin on October 12th, Lamar October 26th, and Central Arkansas on November 9th. You can go home again: Lache Seastrunk zips through a big hole against Kansas State last November. Seastrunk won a starting job midway through the 2012 campaign at Baylor, emerging with 1012 rushing yards and 7 tds, a 7.7-yard average (Ronald Martinez/Getty Images North America).     Tra Carson and #6 Texas A&M fell to #1 Alabama in a shootout at College Station last Saturday, 49-42. Carson carried 5 times for 18 yards. For the season he has 28 carries for 145 yards and 4 touchdowns, a 5.2-yard average. He had 76 yards and two touchdowns in the opener against Rice. The Aggies play SMU Saturday, a nonconference game televised on ESPNU. They continue SEC conference play a week later with a trip to Arkansas to face Brett Bielema and the Razorbacks in Little Rock. Dontae Williams, the former Oregon running back who transferred out after the 2010 season, played for Grossmont Junior College in San Diego in 2011. In one game against Kyle Long and the Saddleback Community College Gauchos he carried the ball 16 times for 105 yards and 2 tds. He was rumored to be transferring to San Diego State, but isn't on the Aztecs roster this season. Lache Seastrunk ran for 150 yards and three touchdowns in Baylor's last game, a 70-13 pasting of the Buffalo Bulls. Seastrunk had td runs of 8,1, and 33 yards for #20 Bears. In all this season he's scampered for 261 yards in a pair of lopsided wins, the first against Wofford. He has five tds. Last season the 5-10, 210-lb. junior finished the year with five 100-yard games, and he's been mentioned as a possible Heisman Trophy candidate. The Bears host Louisiana-Monroe Saturday at 1 p.m. Pacific on Fox Sports1.
