Georgia Bulldogs head football coach Mark Richt has a tradition that at the end of every season of coaching, he will take to the high dive and pull off a backflip. This year coach was coming off hip replacement surgery but that wasn’t going to stop him from breaking tradition. The coach took to the University of Georgia’s pool on campus this weekend and still nailed the back flip, and there is video to prove it.
We aren’t going to say that there is a ton of skill involved in his one rotation, but it does take skill to not end up getting hurt when falling from 10-meters.

After having his hip replaced, Georgia Bulldogs coach Mark Richt was still able to make his trademark jump off the 10-meter board.
Earlier this week, we showed you a couple of short Instagram videos of Georgia’s football team riding around on mopeds, honking at sorority girls. Then, yesterday, we showed you a quick clip of UGA coach Mark Richt doing a back flip off a high dive. Today, the school has released a three minute “camp life” video that provides more detail into both activities.

ATHENS - Georgia Fans' Picture Day will be held Saturday, August 17, in the Reed Plaza area of Sanford Stadium and will feature coach Mark Richt, football players, cheerleaders, other UGA athletic teams and mascot, “Uga IX.”
In order to relax during summer two-a-days, the Georgia Bulldogs took a scooting trip around sorority row for rush week and then hit the pool.
