Ken Malcome, Todd Gurley, and Keith Marshall have two things in common: they all want the ball and none of them are willing to jeopardize an opportunity to get their hands on it. As the veteran of the bunch, Ken Malcome has the edge on the starting spot as of now, but it’s clear to many that both Keith Marshall and his good friend Todd Gurley will get plenty of face time if coach Richt has anything to say about it. “Bulldogs coach Mark Richt said Friday that he thinks Marshall and Gurley are both ready to run the ball against SEC defenses now. He believes they still have a lot to learn about the nuances of their position, particularly in pass blocking, but said they both will be on the field this fall. “I just think whoever’s the most productive, we’ve got to get them in the game.
