TEAMS: Auburn Tigers, Penn State Nittany Lions
Last week rumors that former Auburn Tiger’s starting quarterback Clint Moseley has decided to leave the team. Saturday, new Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn confirmed those reports.
Moseley will stay in school at Auburn and work towards finishing his degree. His decision to do this means that he won’t have to sit out a year to satisfy the NCAA.
Moseley has started 8 games in the last two seasons and served as the backup to Barrett Trotter and Kiehl Frazier, taking over for both of them halfway through the season.
