Louisville will finally get the news they’ve been waiting for nearly three years. James Quick, a 4-star wide receiver from Trinity High School will announce his decision this afternoon at halftime of the US Army All American Game.
Regardless if it’s good news or bad news, it’ll be nice to finally have an answer from the 6-foot-1 Louisville native. Quick has been Louisville’s top target in the 2013 class since 2010. He is expected to decide between Louisville and Ohio State. Oregon was also previously in the mix, but it sounds like the Ducks are out of the running at this point.
Kickoff is set for 1 pm ET on NBC at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
I’ve been optimistic about Louisville landing Quick since day one.If history repeats itself Louisville will get good news today. For the last three years, Charlie Strong has received commitments from elite level prospects at the Army All American Game. Let’s hope that trend continues.
