If Jon Gruden does come back to coach there are no guarantees that he coaches in the NFL, not when the SEC is throwing the kind of money at him that is being rumored. Howard Eskin of WIP Radio and WTXF-TV in Philadelphia, tweeted earlier in the week “Could Jon Gruden be the next Eagles head coach. Sources tell me he wants to coach again.” News quickly spread not only throughout the NFL but the college ranks. Jason La Canfora reported Sunday that Arkansas and Tennessee both want to hire Gruden.
