Justin Blackmon was arrested and charged with aggravated DUI. It is his second DUI arrest. Blackmon has certainly got a drinking problem to be a two-time offender of the drinking and driving law. Kelly Hines of the World reports that Blackmon was booked into the Payne County Jail around 10 a.m. on Sunday morning for the crime, which requires the driver’s blood-alcohol level to be .15 or more. Blackmon was previously arrested for DUI in 2010 while speeding after attending a Dallas Cowboys game, and was eventually suspended for one game by Oklahoma State for that arrest.
Blackmon hasn’t played a down in the NFL as of yet and the way he is going it looks like he will need a rehab program before training camps start. Either Blackmon drank a lot and stayed out partying all night or he gets up early in the morning to start drinking. The Jacksonville Jaguars have got to be a little disappointed with their number one pick in the NFL draft.
