A handful of Louisville fans rallied together to raise money for a billboard here in the Louisville metro area. This billboard was put up along interstate-65 earlier this week.
Fans obviously want Charlie to know how much they appreciate his loyalty. This should also serve as a reminder that everyone needs to make it a priority to be in attendance for the Card March.
