Writers from Sports Illustrated, Sporting News and the Associated Press have picked the Syracuse Orange to pull off the upset on Saturday against Louisville. ESPN’s Todd McShay picked Louisville – Syracuse game as his upset alert pick of the week. “You don’t just sleepwalk into the Carrier Dome against the Orange,” said McShay. This is the third time in four weeks that McShay has predicted an upset for the Cards. If there is one thing that Charlie Strong has been able to do consistently since he’s been the head coach at Louisville, its find ways to motivate his team.
