Michigan State quarterback Andrew Maxwell hit receiver Bennie Fowler on the 12-yard strike in overtime to given Wisconsin its first home loss since 2009.  More importantly for Michigan State, it marked their first win in Camp Randall Stadium in their last 22 tries.  It also helped the struggling Spartans get one win closer to becoming bowl eligible which would be crucial to help Maxwell continue to develop with his inexperienced receivers. Normally stoic and self-admitted “ultra-serious” MSU head coach Mark Dantonio let the win take over him after his post game speech in the visitors’ locker room.  Dantonio shockingly joined in a team-wide dance.
