The 18th ranked Michigan Wolverines (8-2, 4-2) will play their biggest football game of the season on Saturday when they host # 16 Nebraska (8-2, 4-2). The game will kickoff at noon and be televised on ESPN. U-M has lost 5 straight home games to ranked opponents and this is a chance for a statement win.
Denard Robinson is expected to play despite a sprained wrist that kept him sidelined at the end of the Illinois game last week. Brady Hoke and offensive coordinator Al Borges have been steadfast in their support of the beleaguered Robinson, who has tossed 13 interceptions this season. “The issues with Denard in the last game were pretty much ball security issues,” Borges explained. “Other than that, he didn’t really throw the ball too bad…he’s managing the game pretty well, and when he doesn’t get the yards somebody else does.”
