Rejoice Michigan fans.  Junior offensive tackle Taylor Lewan announced Wednesday that he will be staying in school for his senior season.  The 6-foot-8, 310 pound Scottsdale, Arizona native dropped the shocking statement during a press conference on campus.  He called passing up definite first round money (likely top ten pick money) to return to school a “no-brainer.” Lewan mentioned his teammates, “I love these guys — my teammates are my best friends — and I want to stay to win Big Ten championships.”  It’ll be interesting to see Michigan try to win multiple Big Ten championships in Lewan’s last season. They haven’t win a Big Ten crown since 2004. Lewan also cited a meeting with head coach Brady Hoke.  There’s no word if Hoke used any form of hypnotism during that meeting. Having an All-American protecting quarterback Devin Gardner’s backside will go a long way to improving on an 8-5 record.  The Wolverines will be without departing seniors quarterback/slash Denard Robinson, wide receiver Roy Roundtree and will have to replace five senior starters on defense.
