If you thought Al Bundy’s four touchdown game for Polk High was legendary, then you’ll never forget D.J. Foster and the 10 touchdown game he put together Friday night. Foster is a senior running back for Saguaro High School in Scottsdale (Ariz) and he set a state rushing record with 508 yards against Peoria Sunrise [...]

  • Impressive, but he may want to cancel Oregon off his list since there is a high chance of them being sanctioned by the NCAA. He could profit personally from signing with Oregon though, he can get Chip Kelly to pay him $25,000 as a signing bonus, with a school check nonetheless, or maybe Chip was wised up.
  • His moves and speed remind me of Tony Dorsett who played for Pitt and the Dallas Cowboys.
  • This guy reminds me of Ryan "The Irish Immigrant" McGowan, a baller that played up in Western Washington before they decided to shut down that program.
  • All I see is a coach who should be fired for not doing his REAL job of teaching kids sportsmanship.
  • Wait, what? Are you retarded? No where in this entire video is there a single display of anything even close to poor sportsmanship. The kid grabs the ball, dominates defenders, scores touchdowns, then goes back to the sideline. How the hell is that bad sportsmanship?
  • 129 points....that's over 18 touchdowns, did they use the JV teams for d-fense?
  • I agree with lakawak. To keep a player in the game and to make sure he is the only scorer when the game is out of reach is crap. Great coaching.
  • Are you kidding? Dude, it's High School football and the kid has scouters watching. OF COURSE the coach is gonna leave him in the game, he wants the best for his players, which means making sure the kid shows his abilities for the entire game. And besides, his teammates scored an additional 21 points, and the other team scored 48 points. It's not like it was a blowout. Lighten up.
  • Nope...the scouts were out the week before for the nationally televised game when the coach held back all his starters against a team that would have given him a real battle. This was a first round playoff game against a much weaker low-seeded team.
  • Great running back, but when two teams are scoring a touchdown every 2-3 minutes....I agree with whatsup, need to absolutely fire the defensive coordinators.
  • Those of us who reside in Arizona know the whole story about this coach and this team. The week before, Coach Sanders sat all his starters in a nationally televised, highly anticipated rivalry game because "he didn't want them to get hurt going into the playoffs" They sent their back ups out against a number 1 ranked team to get slaughtered, 65-0. DJ Foster is a great player and deserves recognition, but his coach let him put on a show this game after raising the white flag the week before.
  • Kid looks amazing. If he is as smart as he is gifted as a running back he will go to Colorado.

RUMORS & GOSSIP

LeBron's triple-double leads Cavs to win in OT thriller

Cleveland Cavaliers guard LeBron James may have missed his first 10 shots, including all nine in the first quarter. Kyrie Irving might have been sitting out for the second consecutive game. At the end of the night, it didn’t matter. Riding yet another awe-inspiring overall performance from a hobbled James, Cleveland defeated the Atlanta Hawks 114-111 in overtime to take a 3-0...

Corey Brewer: We got our butt kicked, it was embarrassing

The Houston Rockets might be better served to start their offseason early rather than showing up for Game 4 against the Golden State Warriors. Brian Kelly hints Notre Dame will have fast offense

Get ready for a really fast-paced offense, Notre Dame fans.  Fighting Irish coach Brian Kelly implied today that his offense, now led by Malik Zaire, will be very up-tempo this season.  Kelly thought of his offense while watching the Indy 500.  Thought while watching the Indy 500… If you think this is fast, wait until you see our offense next year. pic.twitter.com/cWCLGEbELO...

John Madden: Last play of Super Bowl will 'torment' Pete Carroll

In the sports world some losses cause more anguish than others. The old saying that losing by one point in the last second is more hard to handle than being blown out by 35 rings true in some cases. We have absolutely no idea what is going through the mind of Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll months after his team dropped a heart breaker in Super Bowl XLIX against the New...

Cristiano Ronaldo nets hat trick, sets career high for goals

Cristiano Ronaldo needed three goals in Saturday’s game in order to surpass his career high of 60 goals in season. That would be a heavy task for many, but not for the Real Madrid superstar.   Before the half of the season finale against Getafe ended, Ronaldo netted a hat trick, bringing his goal tally this year to 61, with 48 of those coming in La Liga matches...
