Every week (usually when a good player plays against a bad team), there are players who put up crazy video game numbers. These guys need to be recognized for completely dominating, regardless of the competition. This fantasy-structered team consists of one quarterback, two running backs, three wide receivers, one tight end, one kicker, and one defense. Week 5 Week 4 Week 3 Week 2 Week 1 QB Josh Nunes (Junior, Stanford)- Coming into the week Nunes never broke the 300-yard mark, but against Arizona Nunes threw for 360 yards and 3 touchdowns, while adding 3 touchdowns on the ground. Honorable mention- QB Jordan Lynch (Northern Illinois)- Against Ball State, Lynch went 16-23 with 195 yards and a touchdown. More importantly he ran for 207 yards and 3 touchdowns . RB Kasey Carrier (Junior, New Mexico)- Carrier carried the rock 23 times for 191 yards and four touchdowns against Texas State. Carrier now has 6 TDs in his last three games. RB Andrew Buie (Sophomore, West Virginia)-With all attention directed on Geno Smith, Texas forgot to tackle Buie as he ran for 207 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also caught three balls for 66 yards, as he gave Big 12 defenses another reason to fear the WVU offense. Honorable mention- RB Giovani Bernard  (North Carolina)- Against Virginia Tech Bernard ran for a career-high 262 yards and a touchdown. WR Josh Lenz (Senior, Iowa State)- In an upset over TCU, Josh Lenz led the way with 5 catches for 147 yards and 3 touchdowns; Lenz also threw a 15-yard pass for a touchdown. Next week he’ll really have a chance to prove himself going up against corner Nigel Malone. WR Austin Hill (Sophomore, Arizona)- Hill caught 11 passes for 165 yards and two touchdowns against Stanford. Hill has had at least 5 receptions each game and now has two straight 2-touchdown games. WR Marqise Lee (Sophomore, USC)- Lee had 12 catches for 192 yards and a touchdown against Utah. That makes four games of 10 or more catches for Lee. Honorable mention- WR Jamill Smith (Ball State)- Smith had 14 receptions (week-high) for 146 yards vs Northern Illinois TE Levine Toilolo (Junior, Stanford)- The 6-8 Cardinal registered 5 catches for 141 yards and a touchdown against Arizona. Watch out Zach Ertz. Honorable mention- TE Alex Bayer (Bowling Green)- Bayer had 5 catches for 94 yards and two touchdowns against Akron. K Shawn Moffitt (UCF)- Moffitt was good from 49, 36, and 23 (twice). He also added four extra points against East Carolina. Honorable mention- K Tray Farquhar (Idaho)- Against New Mexico State, Farquhar went 4-4 with 2 XP. DST Rutgers- In a dominant win over UCONN, Rutgers D had 4 picks, 1 sack, 1 fumble recovery, and one defensive touchdown while letting up just 3 points. Honorable mention- DST Arkansas-Razorbacks had 3 picks, 8 sacks, and two fumble recoveries while holding Auburn to 7 points. -Schotz
