Earlier today we told you that Alabama WR Kenny Bell had decided to leave the program to be with his kids. It turns out that he may have had issues with playing time and not being a family man. Coach Nick Saban addressed the situation during his press conference today: Saban said he gave a “personal day” to Kenny Bell and should be back to practice tomorrow. — Cecil Hurt (@CecilHurt) September 3, 2013 Saban: (Bell) came and we had a discussion. I talked to his mom. I want Kenny to be part of the team if he can be happy doing that.” — Cecil Hurt (@CecilHurt) September 3, 2013 I like how Saban basically said, I gave him the day to cool off, he’s not leaving this team after I called him mom. Hopefully Kenny can make up his mind either way and be happy doing it.
