An eighth grade football prodigy from Louisiana received some unexpected news over the weekend during a visit to Tuscaloosa. Alabama head coach Nick Saban offered 2017 recruit Dylan Moses his second big-time scholarship before he even hits high school.
The 6’1″ 215-pound do-it-all athlete from Baton Rouge was invited to Bama for a tour of the facilities and walk around campus, but Saban figured he had to keep up with SEC rival LSU and Les Miles. Miles offered Moses a scholarship last summer after seeing the phenom put on a filthy performance during the Tigers’ camp in July.
