There is a clear-cut scenario that will guarantee Oklahoma getting into a BCS game. That would include the Sooners being in the unusual position of pulling for Texas. But 12th-ranked Oklahoma (9-2) has to first win its regular-season finale Saturday, a pre-noon kickoff at TCU. The Sooners are assured at least a share of the Big 12 title with a win over the Horned Frogs (7-4), the two-time BCS buster in its inaugural Big 12 season. If the Sooners win their game, they should be back in Norman in time to watch Saturday night's game between No. 7 Kansas State and the 23rd-ranked Longhorns. Wins by Oklahoma and Texas would make the Sooners outright Big 12 champs and send them to their ninth BCS game under coach Bob Stoops.

Stills leads new group of Oklahoma receivers

NORMAN, Okla. - There was a time when wide receiver Kenny Stills had to answer all the questions on the field and answer for all the questions for everything off the field. Couldn't have been easy, either. While accomplished through his first two seasons, Stills returned for his junior year as the only receiver at Oklahoma with a single catch to his credit. Stills was expected...

Oklahoma holds off TCU, claims share of Big 12 title

It wasn't easy and it took a defensive stand with TCU in the red zone during the game's final minute, but Oklahoma prevailed, 24-17, giving the Sooners at least a share of the Big 12 crown. Oklahoma will now - believe it or not - have to cheer on Texas tonight. If the Longhorns can find a way to end their four game losing streak to Kansas State, the Oklahoma will claim the...

It’s not impossible, and the coaching chaos out there could...

TCU seems confused about who is "OU"

Oklahoma and TCU are a mere two hours away from kick off, but apparently somebody running the video screens within Amon G. Carter Stadium is a bit confused about exactly who TCU is playing today.  Or maybe they're just not quite sure what the famed "OU" the Sooners sport on the side of their helmets stand for.  Or maybe it's some foreshadowing that TCU is going...
