Found November 20, 2012 on NFL Draft Zone:
Notre Dame junior RB Cierre Wood announced through social media that Saturday was his final home game at Notre Dame Stadium. This likely means Wood plans on leaving for the NFL after this season. Head coach Brian Kelly is very good at keeping his top players, convincing them to finish all four years of eligibility rather than leave early, but Wood will have already graduated prior to April’s draft. He is certainly a name to keep in mind and Wood will find a place in the log jam among the the top running back prospects. This is big news from the junior, who has been very impressive this year.  The draft is getting better and better by the day.  It should be interesting to see what other players will forgo their senior year.

Lane Kiffin is known for many things. Draw your own conclussions. However, he is known for holding is cards close regarding discussing player injuries. And now, here's this. Notre Dame Ranked #1 and Still Marching Towards BCS Title Game as Other Top Teams Falter

As Jason Whitlock so humorously pointed out, “Indiana University is #1 in basketball, Notre Dame is #1 in football, and the Pacers stink.  It’s the 1970s all over again.” For the first time in nearly twenty years, the Fighting Irish are on top of the college football world. Sports Illustrated Goes Heavy On Notre Dame

Sports Illustrated will be featuring this Notre Dame cover art on this weeks edition. A bit much in my opinion, but I’m hoping the SI cover jinx comes true.
