On Paper
#4 Wisconsin vs. #15 Michigan St.
The Badger Express rolls on as they face Michigan State. Russell Wilson has been better than advertised. The Spartans were able to put the brakes on Denard Robinson but can they stop a team that is as loaded with talent as Wisconsin? The Wolverines are one dimensional but the Badgers have the full package at QB with talent on the outside in Toon and Ball in the backfield. There will be no chants of “Sparty On” at the end of this game but they will finally give Wisconsin a game that isn’t over by the half.

Upset Potential
#20 Georgia Tech vs Miami
The Yellow Jackets look to bounce back after losing on the road to Virginia as they head into their match up against Miami. The Hurricanes are looking to find their rhythm before it’s too late. The team is sitting at 3-3 with 4 very winnable games left on their schedule. The explosive scoring offense of Tech may have been exposed and I am sure Miami has been reviewing tape all week to give their kids a chance. The Canes may be able to pull this out if they can keep the score close.

Don’t Bother
Air Force vs. #5 Boise State
What may one day be a Big East matchup, will at least for this year, be a very one sided ball game. One of my favorite college players, Kellen Moore, is looking to tie history and Colt McCoy for the most victories by a college QB. The Broncos will bring the real horsepower as Air Force will not have enough to keep up with this ultra efficient high scoring offense. Boise is a major program with major talent, and the scary thing is they now have depth that a few years ago would keep them out of discussion as a true powerhouse.
