If Chip Kelly is smart, he should watch, and more importantly learn from the results of Steve Spurrier’s venture into the NFL, and stay in Eugene, Oregon. Here are five reasons he needs to stay in green and yellow (and plenty of other colors) 1. His offense is geared for the college game, not the pros.  Spurrier tried to take his version of the spread offense to the Washington Redskins and it failed miserably as it ranked 28th in his first year in offensive yards 2. Kelly has the best facilities and equipment in the country, which is compliments of Oregon Alumni Nike CEO Phil Knight, who provides the best of everything for his Ducks teams. This is a decided advantage over other schools in recruiting 3. The coach gets to recruit the team he wants and fuel that high powered offense and pressure defense and not have to deal with the draft and hoping he gets player to fit his system 4.
