QB Matt Grothe has IT but will IT be enough?

The "IT" factor can't be defined, wrapped up with a pretty bow or calculated through statistics. The IT factor is what it is. Some guys have it and some guys don't and even the ones that do will faulter from time to time. Matt Grothe reminds me of a slower Jake "the snake" Plummer. Plummer had it, especially in college. It comes with leadership qualities that can't be taught. Behind It follows hope that should not be felt. Welcome, South Florida, to the land of national championship contention.....
