NFL Trade Rumors:
ESPN’s Bill Williamson reports that he’s been “hearing a lot of chatter” that the Raiders could be targeting USC QB Matt Barkley at No. 42 overall.
Williamson adds that Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie was in attendance for Barkley’s Pro Day.
There have been some mixed reports regarding available quarterbacks like Geno Smith and Barkley this morning. Some have mentioned that these guys could be taken within picks No. 33 – No. 39, while others wouldn’t be surprised to see quarterbacks continue to drop in round two.

Barkley was chosen Saturday with the 98th overall pick. Philadelphia gave Jacksonville a fourth-round pick (101) and a seventh-rounded (210) to move ahead of Kansas City and take Barkley.
