Several weeks ago, rising sophomore quarterback Gunner Kiel decided to leave Notre Dame to pursue playing at another school with less quarterback competition. Then, just last night, news broke that wide-receiver Davonte’ Neal would leaving as well in order to be closer to home and his six-week old baby. Now you can add another name to the list — a third rising sophomore — wide-receiver Justin Ferguson.
