Oklahoma fullback/tight end Trey Millard will not participate in workouts at the 2014 NFL Scouting Combine this week because of a torn ACL suffered last October, but that didn't deter the Pittsburgh Steelers from wanting to talk to him. According to Jim Wexell of Steel City Insider on Twitter, Millard, who many thought might be a borderline top-100 prospect prior to getting injured, is one of the 60 players the Steelers chose to meet with for 15 minutes while in Indianapolis. Millard finished his college career with 98 rushes for 538 yards and six touchdowns. He also chipped in another 70 catches for 677 yards and seven scores. In addition, he was the co-winner of the 2013 Don Key Award, an award given annually to an Oklahoma senior (or seniors) who best demonstrate all-around excellence on and off the field. Millard, who also served as a team captain the past two seasons, played fullback, tight end, single back and H-back for the Sooners in addition to being one of their top special teams players.
