South Carolina safety Sheldon Royster will transfer to Rutgers. The former St. Peter’s Prep (Jersey City, N.J.) four-star prospect received his release to talk to Rutgers Sunday night and has decided to join the program. ScarletReport.com has the details of his transfer inside.
