Watkins is now officially going to declare for the draft, waving his final year of eligibility. A person familiar with the wideout’s decision said the record-setting Watkins would give up his final year with the Tigers to enter the NFL draft. The person requested anonymity since the school had not officially announced Watkins’ intentions.-Newsday.com Watkins had a record setting Orange Bowl against Ohio State, recording 227 receiving yards on 16 receptions with 2 TDs.
