Despite their loss to Wisconsin in the Big Ten Football Championship Game, Mark Dantonio's team proved it belongs in talks when BCS bowl bids are handed out on Sunday. Why should the Spartans be given the chance to represent if the BCS looks to take two teams from the Big Ten?

Michigan State head coach Mark Dantonio met with the media Friday afternoon at Lucas Oil Stadium to preview the Big Ten Championship game against Wisconsin. Dantonio discussed several topics, including the excitement surrounding the inaugural title game, the leadership of Kirk Cousins, and the challenge of matching up against the Badger offense.
