Never let it be said that South Carolina head football coach Steve Spurrier never lets an opening to mock a rival school go unwalked through. In his weekly press conference, The Old Ball Coach found a chance for a potshot at Clemson while talking about Saturday's road game against LSU. If you guessed this involves LSU and Clemson's dueling Death Valleys, you're 100% correct. "Most of our guys have never been to Death Valley," said Spurrier, talking about the LSU stadium. "That is the Death Valley, isn't it? Or is there another one? There's two of them. That's right there's two Death Valleys. Was LSU the first one or the second one? They were first? Oh, okay." Spurrier mocking Clemson's Memorial Stadium's nickname Death Valley? Is this really a shock? Stay Spurrier, Spurrier. (via WIS)
