It has to be tough to be a quarterback in college football these days. Back in the day you just had to worry about getting sacked, completing passes, studying film, and going to practice. Now there is the ever present spotlight that the media sticks on you and the social media vultures ready to tweet or share your every move. So in a day like this it is even more important to have a good role model. Everyone needs someone to look up to. Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was recently asked that question, and you'll never guess who he wants to be like. Since you can see the picture I suppose you can--it's Peyton Manning. When I first heard about this I was under the impression that Teddy was describing his game as being most like Peyton's. To be honest, I was a little surprised that he made that kind of comment. It's not that Teddy is not a tremendous talent (I think we all know that he is). He has just always seemed a little more on the humble si...

Louisville vs. Rutgers: Could We See A Shootout On Thursday Night

Despite having three very capable running backs in the backfield, I think it’s safe to say that the strength of the Louisville offense is Teddy Bridgewater and the wide receiving group. Rutgers also has a solid running game; however they’re leading rusher, Paul James, has been sidelined in recent weeks and won’t play against Louisville on Thursday. In James’ absence, Kyle...

Teddy Bridgewater Compares Himself To Peyton Manning

Louisville junior quarterback Teddy Bridgewater may very well be the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NFL draft, just like Peyton Manning was in 1998. But according to the Cardinals star himself, that isn’t where the comparisons of the two end. He took a few questions from Twitter on SportsCenter today and made quite a claim when asked which NFL quarterback he sees himself as most similar...
